The “ALIYAH-ALIAC” Code
What’s at the core of ALIAC? What’s the motivation, the catalyst, the drive to challenge the status quo? It’s the “Aliyah-ALIAC” code which represent our unique set of ethical standards. They welcome incoming students, unite the campus and project ALIAC’s magnanimous image outward. They commit us to maintaining an open and inclusive environment that nurtures the growth and development of the ALIAC community.
They represent not only what is expected of ALIAC students on campus — they provide a blueprint for how we can positively impact the world.
Faith in God, Integrity, Discipline, Excellence, and Social Responsibility are the founding principles of the “Aliyah-ALIAC” code, but these words alone won’t impact the greater good. “Aliyah-ALIAC ” promotes action. It sets out the principles and behavior we must all follow to build and maintain an ethical culture and workplace throughout ALIAC. We must demonstrate all these values in all our conduct, including dealings with fellow employees, fellow students, clients, intermediaries, suppliers, governments, record keeping and treatment of ALIAC property.

FAITH IN GOD
Faith in ALIAC is not something that one can simply begin to practice, but something beyond our nature. We open ourselves to the gift of faith through right action—through, for instance, the practice of the other theological virtues and the exercise of right reason—but without the action of God, faith will never come to reside in our soul.
INTEGRITY
Integrity sets out the principles and behavior we must all follow to build and maintain an ethical culture and workplace throughout the organization. We must demonstrate integrity in all our business conduct, including dealings with fellow employees, clients, intermediaries, suppliers, governments, financial record keeping and treatment of ALIAC property.
DISCIPLINE
ALIAC defines discipline as according to rules—is a standard or principle laid down for guiding our actions and behavior. Everyone in ALIAC must ensure that all our actions should be done in perfect accordance with certain principle or rules laid down for guiding us in the right path. Discipline should be maintained in every walk of life. At work or at home. No life is worth living and is of any value which is not orderly and disciplined.
EXCELLENCE
Excellence ensures us take into account all academic programs and services features add value to our internal and external customers—employees, students, parents, & partners. Such behavior leads to consistently growing customer acquisition, satisfaction, preference, and loyalty; positive referrals; and, ultimately, the sustainability of our organization.
SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY
Social Responsibility stresses our ethical behavior, responsibilities to the public, and the consideration of societal well-being and benefit. Everyone should be role models for ALIAC as an educational institution focusing on ethics and the protection of public health, safety, and the environment.
