For 40 years, ALIAC has played a major role in keeping the Philippine aviation industry on its peak by producing highly qualified and competent aviation professionals. We doubt the critics, reject the status quo and see opportunity in dissatisfaction. Our campus, faculty and students are driven by inspiration. It is not naïve; it is essential. And it has fueled every accomplishment, allowing us to redefine what’s possible, time after time.

Inspiration is what enables us to push forward and redefine what’s possible. It pervades our focus on education, research and service and, in turn, opens limitless opportunities to every student.

As ALIAC moves onward, we leverage on our history to define our future. Every achievement and breakthrough we have made justifies our inspiration, calling us to build upon our past. We persistently pursue future endeavors with the same inspiration that brought us here.

What our

ALUMNI

say about us?

After my graduation in ALIAC, I immediately re-joined the institution as one of Ground and Flight Instructors in 1994. As an Airline Pilot since 1996, I have successfully worked for Philippine Airlines, the Emirates, and Asiana.

Hardwork and knowledge of the job made me the 1st Filipino A380 Captain in the world.

Thank you ALIAC!

Capt. Franklyn Mallari Desiderio

When I was young, I dreamt of becoming a pilot because I know in my heart that this is my passion. So when I was enrolling for college my first priority was ALIAC because of the good reviews I heard and the warm welcome of the staff when I first stepped into this institution. My expectations was high and ALIAC did not disappoint me. Instead, the institution and its people inspired me to do my best in flying and, improved my appreciation and my attitude toward this profession. I will always be thankful to be part of this institution because without ALIAC I will not be where I am today.

Thank you ALIAC!

Capt. Belale R. Bayani Jr.

I started my career as a Commercial Executive at Airbus Helicopters. Two years after, I joined Saudi Arabian Airlines despite a height disadvantage. I currently hold a Private Pilot while still enjoying work as a Cabin Crew.

I started my professional career working in the Accounting Office Department of ALIAC for 3 years doing staff work and doubling as a part-time Instructor.

Diligence, patience and hard work were instilled in me while studying and working in ALIAC.

I am now conquering the world, and seeing most part of it, as a Cabin Crew with Emirates.

As an Avionics Engineer, I have used my learning fom ALIAC to become a Mechanic A for Lufthansa Technik Philippines’ Terminal 1 Line Maintenance Operation for the last seven years.

I simply enjoy the value of my work contribution in the company, performing Line Maintenance Tasks for the Airbus and Boeing Fleets of Philippine Airlines.

Thank you ALIAC!

Engr. Paulo Chris Abelon

ALIAC taught me diligence, something that has aided me well in becoming a first officer in one of the most respectable airlines in the Philippines.

Thank you ALIAC!

Capt. Jayson Isaac C. Sia

My twenty units of back subjects, did not deter me from hurdling all the hardships as a student of ALIAC.

I am now honourably and proudly serving the country as a military personnel crew chief of an aircraft in our Armed forces.

Thank you ALIAC!

Francisco D Godoy Jr. II

I am currently deepening my learning in the aviation industry as a Ground Attendant with Philippines Airlines.

I may not be an Aircraft Mechanic today, but I look forward to one day having my signature as a critical requisite before someone is able fly.

Thank you ALIAC!

Trithalia Krisha Angelica A. Atenia

I learned from theory ad practice that not all aircraft have the same configurations, situations and purpose. Handling around 20 airlines worldwide from Europe, Asia, and America such as Airbus A320, A321Neo, A330, A340; Boeing Aircrafts B737, B787 is a challenge that I continuously embrace. My training at ALIAC and at eventually at Philippine Airlines Express as a Materials Planner for the Maintenance & Engineering Department proved helpful in the demands of my profession. Motivation, hard work and focus are the things that give me an edge as an Aircraft Engineer.

Thank you ALIAC!

Engr. Gabriel Alfonso L. Villaflor

A profession in Aviation, truly comes in man forms. ALIAC has taught me resiliency, creativity and challenging the unknown. As a businessman- entrepreneur, my own trading company has recently sold two (2) aircraft to the Philippine Air Force and is engaged in projects with the Philippine Coast Guard.

Thank you ALIAC!

Kevin Juddrian A. Oliva

I was once a student who dreamt to become a cabin crew for an international airline company.

ALIAC has prepared me well for this profession, through classroom learning and valuable exposure and immersion.

I may be wearing a different wing, but I am certainly enjoying my own world of aviation with Cebu Pacific Air.

Thank you ALIAC!
