ALIAC Honored by Institute of  Women of Aviation Worldwide for Exceptional Achievements

The Institute for Women Of Aviation Worldwide (iWOAW) has recently honored ALIAC with the two prestigious awards— the Most Productive Organizer Worldwide and the Pink Paper Plane Photo Award. These recognitions applaud ALIAC’s remarkable endeavors to address the gender imbalance prevailing in the traditionally male-dominated sectors of the industry. iWOAW, a not-for-profit global industry alliance, is dedicated to promoting gender balance and fostering inclusivity in the air and space industry. Education 2.0 – Outstanding Leadership Award

Atty. Gomeriano V. Amurao, President and CEO of ALIAC was awarded in Education 2.0 International Conference at the InterContinental Hotel, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Held last December 16-18, 2022.  Atty. Amurao was internationally recognized for his inspiring work, journey, and contribution as one of the few changemakers in the global education sector. Education 2.0 Conference took the opportunity to honor Atty. Amurao as of the torchbearers of change in the education sector selected from the different parts of the world.

ALIAC was conferred this award for its remarkable achievements, contributions to education and learning. Education 2.0 Conference finds immense pride in celebrating the stellar performance of committed educational institutions and community of educators on a global platform. Held on December 16-18, 2022 at the InterContinental Hotel, Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

CAAP Flight Safety Award

Last March 10, 2020 during the Civil Aviation Authority of the Philippines (CAAP) Summit of Approved Training Organizations held at Waterfront Mactan Cebu; ALIAC was awarded by CAAP a Certificate of Recognition for having “no accidents” from academic year 2017 to 2019. Out of 34 Approved Training Organization, ALIAC was among the 8 awardees.

ALIAC WINS the 2019 Most Productive Organizer Worldwide Award

ALIAC won the 9th annual Women Of Aviation Worldwide (WOAW) Week award in its PINK PAPER PLANE event as part of the annual celebration of women’s past and present contributions to the air and space industry.

The Institute for Women Of Aviation Worldwide (iWOAW) gave the prestigious Most Productive Organizer Worldwide Award.

The Institute for Women Of Aviation Worldwide (iWOAW) is a group dedicated to fostering gender balance in the air and space industry through outreach, education, and advocacy consisting of industry professionals and enthusiasts and 600 Certified Women Friendly organizations coming from all sectors of the industry in 44 countries on 5 continents.
