For 40 years, ALIAC has played a major role in keeping the Philippine aviation industry on its peak by producing highly qualified and competent aviation professionals. After my graduation in ALIAC, I immediately re-joined the institution as one of Ground and Flight Instructors in 1994. As an Airline Pilot since 1996, I have successfully worked for Philippine Airlines, the Emirates, and Asiana.

Hardwork and knowledge of the job made me the 1st Filipino A380 Captain in the world.

When I was young, I dreamt of becoming a pilot because I know in my heart that this is my passion. So when I was enrolling for college my first priority was ALIAC because of the good reviews I heard and the warm welcome of the staff when I first stepped into this institution. My expectations was high and ALIAC did not disappoint me. Instead, the institution and its people inspired me to do my best in flying and, improved my appreciation and my attitude toward this profession. I started my career as a Commercial Executive at Airbus Helicopters. Two years after, I joined Saudi Arabian Airlines despite a height disadvantage. I currently hold a Private Pilot while still enjoying work as a Cabin Crew.

As an Avionics Engineer, I have used my learning fom ALIAC to become a Mechanic A for Lufthansa Technik Philippines’ Terminal 1 Line Maintenance Operation for the last seven years.

Trithalia Krisha Angelica A. Atenia

I learned from theory ad practice that not all aircraft have the same configurations, situations and purpose. Handling around 20 airlines worldwide from Europe, Asia, and America such as Airbus A320, A321Neo, A330, A340; Boeing Aircrafts B737, B787 is a challenge that I continuously embrace. My training at ALIAC and at eventually at Philippine Airlines Express as a Materials Planner for the Maintenance & Engineering Department proved helpful in the demands of my profession. Motivation, hard work and focus are the things that give me an edge as an Aircraft Engineer.
